I sent the item back already, but I’m still sitting here waiting for the refund to actually show up in my account. I figured it would have been sorted by now, so it’s been a bit frustrating having to keep checking and not seeing any update.

"Staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable"
I reached out with a question about a product and expected a quicker, clearer response. When I finally got an answer, it was either wrong or didn’t really help much. It felt like the staff didn’t know the products very well, so I ended up having to figure it out on my own. Based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t use them again

I wasn’t too impressed with the value. The strings are basic, but the price felt a bit high, and once delivery got added on, it just didn’t really feel worth it. I’ve picked up similar stuff for less elsewhere and I couldn’t really tell much of a difference. Maybe it’s fine if you need it right away, but yeah, I don’t think I’d rush back.

For some reason, the quality felt poor to me, and it didn’t last long at all. I was expecting it to hold up better, so I’m not very happy with it.

My order from A Strings turned up wrong. I’d selected a specific item, but what arrived wasn’t what I asked for, so that was a bit frustrating right away.
I needed it fairly soon, so it threw things off. To be fair, mistakes happen. But then again, getting the order right is basic. I probably wouldn’t rush to order again unless they sort it out properly.

"Really poor order communication"
I placed an order after that it just felt like I was left hanging. I had to keep chasing for updates, and when I did get replies, they were slow and not really clear.
I get that delays happen, that’s fine, but just let people know what’s going on. The lack of proper communication made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t use them again.

"String selection was limited, honestly"
I went in hoping to find a decent range of strings, but yeah, the selection was really limited. Totally fine, I guess, except most of the ones I actually wanted weren’t there. I looked around for a bit, tried not to be annoyed, and then just gave up and bought them somewhere else.

"Apparently “in stock” means maybe"
I ordered some strings because the site said they were in stock, which I foolishly assumed meant they were actually available. After I’d already paid, I was told they weren’t. Then I had to wait around and chase it up myself, which was lovely. Frustrating when you need them quickly. Keeping the stock info accurate doesn’t seem like a huge ask.

I ordered some strings the packaging was disappointing. They arrived in a thin envelope with barely any protection, and the whole thing looked like it had been knocked around quite a bit before it got to me.
The strings were bent inside the packet, which just felt careless. Maybe it was a one-off, but I’d still expect the seller to pack something like this properly and at least acknowledge it with an apology. I wouldn’t be in a rush to order again...

"Ended up skipping my order"
I had a few small bits in my basket and was pretty much ready to check out, since the prices seemed okay and it all looked like stuff I could use. I was just doing the usual final look over everything before paying, and then I noticed the delivery charge. For such small items, the postage felt a lot higher than I expected, so in the end I didn’t go ahead with the order. It just didn’t feel worth it once that was added on.

"Checkout left me a bit unsure"
I was just trying to buy some strings, but the checkout was really frustrating. After I entered my delivery details it froze, and when I went back my basket looked empty, which made me worry I’d done something wrong or maybe lost the order. I started again, but then the payment wouldn’t go through either. It might have just been bad timing, but I couldn’t tell what was happening and there wasn’t much reassurance along the way. In the end I gave up, which was annoying
